Kingdom of Miscellania Coffers, 100K + profit per day
Kingdom Management Guide
Requirements - You must have finished the Throne of Miscellania Quest.
Reccomended - about 1m GP, but if you have less you can still do it, you just won’t make as much profit. Royal Trouble Quest, once you finish this quest you get like 50% more profit. Also, Fremmenik Sea Boots 2+ are nice because with them you can get your approval rating up twice as fast.
Getting there - The Fastest way is by using the Fairy Rings (the code is CIP), or you could just walk/teleport to Relleka and take the boat to get there.
How it works - Talk to Advisor Ghrim who is on the second floor of the Castle of Miscellania. Put your money into coffers -usually I put about 1.5M into it. Go outside and get your approval rating rating to 100. The fastest way to get your approval rating up is to mine coal at the mineto the northwest; raking weeds is the second best thing to do.

Everyday the money that you have in your coffers will be divided by ten. If you have done only the Throne of Miscellania quest, the most that will be spent is 50K. However, if you have also done the Royal Trouble Quest the most that will be spent is 75K. So, for example, if you had 400K in the coffers, then 10% would be used (40K) to buy resources. If you had 4M in, even though 10% is 400K, only 50K would be spent (or 75K if you’ve done the Royal Trouble Quest)
Here are the Resources that you can spend your money on, how much each one costs, and the random items you also receive w/them.
Maple logs – 51.6 GP each, you receive one bird’s nest every 100 logs.
*Teak logs – 166.1 GP each, you receive one bird’s nest every 350 logs.
*Mahogany logs - 224.6 GP each, you recieve one bird’s nest every 350 logs.
Coal – 91.6 GP each, you receive one Gem every 150 coal.
Flax – 40 GP each, you receive one herb seed every 600 Flax.
**Herbs - 826.4 each, you receive one herb seed every 100 Herbs.
***Fishing - Tuna 56.3 GP each, Swordfish 189.4 GP each, you recieve 1 Gem or Casket every 50 Tuna and random items like lvl 1 clue scrolls, loop or key halves of crystal keys, and fremmennik clothing.
*Royal Trouble Quest required to buy these resources.
** You will never get Guam, Marrentil, Toadflax, Snapdragon, or Torsol.
*** You get 10 tuna for every 3 swordfish you buy, Example : 500 tuna and 150 Swordfish
-My favorites are Flax and Fishing, but some people like doing Maple logs because of all the birds nests and possible tree seeds that come in them, Mining is alright too…

To give you an idea of how much you make everyweek – if you use 75K a day then 75K x 7 = 525K. If 2 thirds of it was spent on Flax and 1 third on Coal, you would get 8,750 Flax, 1910 Coal, 14 herb seeds and 12 Gems. 8,750 X *86 = 752,500 GP, 1910 coal X *177 = 338,070 GP, and then maybe another 50K from the herb seeds and Gems. Add them all together and… 752,500 GP + 338,070 GP +50K = 1,140,57. Subtract the money you spent buying the resources 1,140,570 – 525K = 615,570 GP profit per week!
*price as of 1/15/09

Joke: Two atoms are drinking at the bar. Suddenly one says to the other,
“I’ve just lost one of my electrons!”
“Are you sure?” asks the other.
“Yes,” replied the first atom. “I’m positive.”

The RS Wiki has a very useful page on the profits, automatically updated based on GE prices.

In general, fishing has been the most stable profit over the past several months, but herbs and seeds have been rising a lot lately.
Currently, with 2/3 on herbs and 1/3 on fish, it’s 197k profit/day. With 2/3 herbs and 1/3 seeds, it’s 206k/day, but it’s nearly impossible to sell some low-level seeds, so I stick with fishing.
